1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop at www.movewithpace.com .

The contractual partner for all purchases is PACE UG (hereinafter referred to as “PACE,” “we,” or “us”).

2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The product descriptions in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers but serve as an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the "Buy Now" or equivalent button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.
(3) The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or ship the goods to you.

3. Prices and Payment

(1) All prices displayed on our website are stated in euros (€) and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
(2) Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before the order is finalized.
(3) Payments can be made using the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.).
(4) The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

4. Delivery

(1) We deliver to Germany, EU countries, and selected international destinations.
(2) Delivery times and shipping costs are stated in our Shipping Policy.
(3) If the ordered product is not available at the time of order, we will inform you immediately. If the product cannot be delivered, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and will refund any payments already made.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Returns & Withdrawal Policy.
Business customers are excluded from this right.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and Liability

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) We are not liable for damages that are not based on intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty by us or our vicarious agents.
(3) Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

8. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account to store address and order data. The customer is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
PACE is not liable for misuse by third parties unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

9. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes are single-use and cannot be combined.
PACE reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, photography, graphics, and logos — is owned or licensed by PACE UG.
It may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

11. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

(1) The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from the contract is Hannover, Germany, provided the customer is a merchant or legal entity under public law.
