Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier) received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email) of your decision to cancel the purchase before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, excluding the cost of delivery (and additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this refund.
3. Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us within 30 days from the date on which you notified us of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

As we operate with multiple warehouses, return addresses vary depending on the product.
We will provide you with the correct return address for your order as soon as we receive your request.
Unannounced returns cannot be processed.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Please note that SALE items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods show signs of wear, damage, or contamination (e.g. makeup, deodorant, or perfume marks).
5. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
-Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
-Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. underwear, shapewear, or similar products)
-Gift cards and downloadable digital products
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or color), please initiate a return and place a new order.
We process refunds as soon as returned goods have been received and inspected.
